The taste of rich eggless no bake biscuit brownie made with cherish marie biscuits

INGREDIENTS

·   20-25 Marie biscuits

·   3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

·   1/4 cup roasted nut of choice I used hazelnuts

·   2 tsp. sugar

·   1/2 of a 400gm tin condensed milk I used low fat Milkmaid


INSTRUCTIONS

1.   Break the biscuits into four pieces each and powder coarsely

2.   Add the cocoa powder to this powder this and mix well.

3.   Add sugar to this mixture and mix again.

4.   Dry-roast a nut of your choice and let it cool.

5.   Chop the nuts coarsely and add them to the above mixture and combine well.

6.   Add half a tin of condensed milk to this mixture and combine well with a sturdy spoon.

8.   Line a pie dish or baking tray with butter paper. You can even grease with some butter. Transfer the mixture to this tray.

9.   Press firmly with wet fingertips until the mixture feels firm.

10. Cut the brownies into squares and serve.

11. Store any remaining brownies in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
